The pictures above were taken before our church activity/trunk-or-treat. Tyler really wanted to dress up as an Occupy Wall Street person, but I begged him to not get political this year. He obeyed and instead wore the bipartisan leprechaun costume.
I think he was a little bummed that I squelched his creative OWS idea; he thought the leprechaun costume was lame, but I thought he looked adorable.
I told Tyler that for once I was going as "just a mom", but Tyler told me I was a party pooper if I didn't dress up. Don't you love how we tell each other what to do around here? So I grabbed some of his scrubs and a hat and called it good.

We have to give credit to our creative friend (and Whitney's old sunday school teacher) Camille who is so incredibly talented that we had to copy her. Whitney watched her family video at least 2 million times, and she wanted to make her own video SOOO bad. Thanks Camille for inspiring us, and thanks church party for giving us a reason to make a music video. :)

Those kids really jump,jive,an wail (although I was a little suprised you let Whitney have a tatoo at such a young age, and I am sure Cole's booty dance is going to come back and haunt him someday.)
