The following Sunday Whitney started Primary. She LOVED that as well! She's got the best teacher around, and she feels so grown up being with the big kids. Here she is practicing being reverent before church...
And after church with the crown that she wore for the rest of the day. 
Cole and I went to pick Whitney up from her class and as soon as Cole saw her he said, "Who's so beautiful kingdom?" I thought it was so sweet! Each Sunday morning when Cole is all ready to go with his hair combed and everything, we'll say, "Who's so handsome?" so that's where I think Cole got his phrase from.
Later after dinner, Whitney put the crown on Cole and said, "Mom, you're the queen, I'm the princess, Dad's the prince, and Cole is the kingdom." I guess my kids need some explaining of what the difference is between a king and kingdom.
One more "joy" of parenting... I left Cole and Whitney at the table by themselves to finish their lunches. (I took Cole's shirt off so he wouldn't spill.) Then I hear Whitney yelling, "Mom!! Come here now!!" I run in and Cole tells me, "I'm a Lamanite! I'm so funny!" We have a cartoon book about some Book of Mormon stories where the artist depicts the Lamanites with red stripes on their faces. Hard to get mad at a smart little guy, right? Guess I just have to stop and take a picture.

You're kids are adorable. I can't believe that Whitney just started Sunbeams. I just assumed she was Lydia's age. What a fun milestone. BTW, you've got a GREAT camera. I think it takes awesome pictures! Hey thanks for the advice on ginger ale. I'll have to try it.
Hooray for Primary! Baylie made the same crown last Sunday in Sunbeams. Your kids are hilarious; we miss you guys!

Are you kidding me? Karate class? I love it! I'm so impressed with all you guys do, and with three kids to boot! Cole is so awesome as a Lamanite. I miss you guys already.
He makes a darn cute Lamanite. Did he even pick a new name like Lamoni or something equally as clever.
P.S. That is about the coolest thing that you put Whit in a jujitsu class. Drew has done some of that and loves it. I'm not so brave.

Natalie, jujitsu is the coolest thing! (or so my brother says). I still need the moral support for my kids' shots, apparently. I LOVE your little Lamanite! When are you guys headed this way? Next holiday?
