Tyler passed part one of his Oral Surgery Board exam, so we went out to dinner to celebrate! We were particularly stoked because after Tyler took that exam, he came home depressed because he knew he had failed. It was an expensive test that he was sure he'd have to re-take. So when he got his passing score in the mail, it was definitely a cause for celebration!!
NELSON INVASION of the swings at the beach!!
Our friends out here own the Chick-Fil-A restaurant, and they call it their "second home." Since the restaurant is closed to the public on Sundays, they invited our family to join them for dinner one Sunday! They were so sweet letting the kids make the food.
And the kids were in heaven having the whole place to themselves. Our friends' kids taught our kids how to play choo-choo-chairs where you sit it the booster seats and make a train. Way too fun!
For St. Patrick's Day, Tyler made some salt dough, and we sculpted
and goofed off.
From the top, we have Tyler's leprechaun, my (unlucky) clover, Cole's alien, Whitney's flower, and an Irish camel. Kudos to Tyler for thinking up a fun activity for our rainy St. Patrick's day.

Congratulations Tyler! :) So exciting about passing the boards!
Looks like you had a fun St. Patrick's day.
Of course he passed! I'm surprised he was even doubting. Tyler is one smarty. I know he's got to be relieved to have it over...and you too. :)
What a great Sunday dinner idea and unique since not too many people own a restaurant. Very fun for everyone.
Good job with the St. Patties activity Tyler. I vote for the Irish camel for its abstract qualities. :)
