We were so excited when my cousin Mindy told me that she was bringing her family out to southern California for a vacation. She & her husband Joe have 4 kids: two boys and then identical twin girls! They joined us for a lovely Sunday together.
Cole loved having some boys around to rough-house with
And Annie loved playing tea parties with/bossing around these two
And since our other cousin Brynne--in blue below--lives in So Cal, we had her and her husband join us as well for a true cousin party. There are 3 sisters in my mom's family, and each of us represent a different sister. Fun, huh?
Brynne's birthday was just a few days away, so Mindy whipped up this delicious cake by using candy and items we already had on hand.
We have some great memories to tide us over till next time we see everyone.
I loved catching up with my cousins. They are so much fun to have around. There's nothing better than family!! :)

Our visit with you was a special treat! We loved being with you and enjoying every moment. The girls are still talking about their "cousin" Annie and ask to go play with her constantly.
