Happy 7th months, Annie!

How is this girl 7 months old today? 7 months sounds so much older than 6 months. Just yesterday I told the checker at the grocery store that she was 6 months old. Now I have to start telling people she's 7. So depressing. :(

April has been a good month for Annie. She has now rolled over 5 times unassisted. It's not her favorite thing to do, but when there's something she really wants to see, she figures out a way to flip around. She loves to sit up and watch what's going on, and she likes to go from sitting up to down on her tummy and then spins in 360s. Not fast like a breakdancer, just kind of like a snail who is lost and looking for toys. But she sits up like a champ. It's fun to sit her up by a box of toys and just let her fish in the box for one. Here she is enjoying Bob the Builder.

She is eating great, and loves working for 10 minutes to get a few sips of water from her sippy cup. Squash, cereal (rice & oatmeal), and sweet potatoes are the main staples of her diet. I haven't branched out with anything else except for peas which she had a bad reaction to. I think carrots are next on the meal plan.

Also, Annie got her two bottom teeth this month. We were so surprised b/c our other two kids didn't even break teeth till after 8 months. YAY for Annie!
