Two Saturdays ago Tyler was playing with the kids in the living room. Whitney would come in to where I was and say, "Mom, Daddy needs some tape." So I'd tell her where it was. Then a few minutes later, "Mom, Daddy needs some yarn." Okay... I started to wonder what was going on, so I went out and found Tyler crafting his own pirate costumes for the kids. He had moved the couch to the middle of the room to make a ship and even drew authentic pirate facial hair on the kids with washable markers.It's no wonder the kids love daddy so much. He's the most fun one around! They played in their "boat" forever, and there was even a surprise shark!

Yay for fun Dads! They usually are the most fun of the two parents... Moms are just so darn tired!

Wow--where does Tyler find the energy? What a great twist on the typical pillow forts that we have at our house...fun idea. It looks like the kids had a blast.

Oh my goodness. I am so cracking up. I love Whitney's little pirate bikini top. I am still laughing. yep, still laughing. Cole has a paper towel holder for a sword? I'm still laughing! That Tyler--what a super Dad.
What a fun daddy! I love his creativity and craftiness. Playing with daddy is just about the best thing that happens around our house each day!
