I could do a whole post of the hundreds of notes/letters/cards that Annie writes for people. I'm thinking it must be therapeutic for her because she is really learning to express herself well with her pencil and paper.
I found this little story she wrote a couple months ago (interpretation typed on--duh)
And while Tyler has been traveling (1 week/month to San Diego to work), Annie has been majorly missing him. Whitney helped Annie cut out this card, and Annie wrote her own note:
And I found this one on Tyler's pillow one night while he was gone--The huge tear drop on that drawing gets me every time I see it.
I know she loves her daddy, but I'm pretty sure she loves me the most:
You've gotta be doing something right to get love notes like that!
Annie really is growing up into a fun little girl. We're doing our best to channel her energy, teaching her how to keep her volume down, and helping her express herself positively.
Oh we love our Annie!!
